High-Efficiency Container Commercial System – An Engineering Response to MuKEn 2014 Standards
For a client in Switzerland, we completed a project that meets the demanding energy regulations according to the MuKEn 2014 standard. The building is installed on a robust elevated steel platform, with access provided via an external staircase with a spacious access platform and safety railing. The integrity of the structure is additionally protected by a secondary roof, ensuring excellent insulation and long-term durability of the entire system.
The interior of the building is defined by a combination of advanced automation and comfort; automatic sliding doors are installed at the entrance, while the interior is dominated by an acoustic ceiling which, together with LED lighting, creates an optimal working environment. For a perfect microclimate, the entire space is air-conditioned, while functionality is completed with modern PVC joinery with external blinds and a fully equipped sanitary facility.
