Floating Multipurpose Building – Marble Centre of Excellence
An innovative and technically advanced solution tailored to the specific requirements and conditions of aquatic environments. For our business partner, the Marble Centre of Excellence, we produced a specialised multipurpose building mounted on a pontoon, designed to accommodate offices, a workshop and sanitary facilities. The building is based on a reinforced structure with C5 corrosion protection, ensuring maximum stability and durability in demanding conditions. Environmental sustainability and energy independence are achieved through the installation of solar panels and an advanced sanitary solution featuring a macerating toilet and a sewage holding tank discreetly integrated into the pontoon itself. The functionality of the space is further enhanced by air conditioning, a dedicated stainless steel basin for divers and spacious platforms equipped with stainless steel safety railings. The overall design and construction ensure high standards of comfort and durability, providing a pleasant working environment on the water.
