Commercial and Residential Container Complex - Santorini
Expanding our presence on the international market, we delivered a container complex for our client in Greece, located on the island of Santorini. This building represents a combination of high functionality, comfort and modern design, carefully adapted to the Mediterranean ambience.
The exterior architecture of the building is defined by a secondary roof with an overhang that forms a spacious canopy, beneath which extends a large terrace finished with wooden decking, created for pleasant outdoor living. The connection between the interior and exterior is maximally emphasized by the installation of large sliding glass walls that provide an abundance of natural light, while integrated blinds allow precise control of light and privacy.
The interior of the building was executed with a focus on aesthetics and material durability, reflected in the use of high-quality SPC flooring that gives the space a modern appearance and ensures resistance. To guarantee maximum comfort despite high summer temperatures, the building was executed with premium insulation, while the air-conditioning system ensures an ideal microclimate throughout the year. For complete functionality and turnkey equipment, the complex includes a modern and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a fully equipped sanitary facility.
