Two-Storey Modular Commercial Building – Contemporary Functionality on Two Levels
For a client in Germany, we completed a modern two-storey building (ground floor + first floor). Special emphasis was placed on the durability of the structure through the installation of a secondary roof, which provides additional protection and excellent insulation for the entire building. Internal communication is ensured by an elegant interior staircase, connecting the floors into a compact and visually harmonized whole.
The interior was designed with a focus on maximum comfort and long-term durability, confirmed by the installation of high-quality LVT flooring and an integrated air-conditioning system for a perfect microclimate in all conditions. The building comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ready for immediate use, providing the client with a complete solution. With this project, we once again proved that container systems can offer comfort and quality while retaining the advantages of fast and precise assembly.
