Two-Storey Modular Office Building – Germany Advanced engineering and striking aesthetics for the international market. For our business partner in Germany, we designed, manufactured and installed a two-storey commercial office building that attracts attention with its modern exterior. The exterior visual identity is defined by a façade in a striking red colour with contrasting black joinery, while the long-term durability and safety of the building are ensured by a secondary roof with external rainwater drainage. The interior was designed for maximum comfort and functionality: a premium acoustic Knauf Cleaneo ceiling was installed for optimal sound insulation, while the space is dominated by a modular internal staircase with an elegant stainless steel railing. All installations are concealed, achieving clean lines and an impeccable minimalist interior design.
