We continue our series of successful projects on the demanding Swiss market with the delivery and production of a sophisticated two-storey building, designed according to high construction standards.
The architectural and functional whole of the building is defined by a secondary roof with an elegantly executed parapet and an external rainwater drainage system. The foundation of the entire project is a massive steel structure that ensures exceptional stability and structural safety. The special character of this engineering solution is reflected in its specific installation: while one part of the building is placed directly on the container modules of the ground floor, the other part — which extends over the lower storey — is supported by a robust freestanding steel structure.
The interior of the building provides premium comfort and complete autonomy thanks to fully integrated electrical and plumbing installations, air-conditioning and a high thermal insulation system that ensures energy efficiency in all seasonal conditions. Acoustic comfort and interior aesthetics are ensured by the Knauf Cleaneo acoustic ceiling, making this space an ideal response to the client’s most complex requirements.
