The building was designed with a focus on durability and a stable microclimate, achieved through the installation of a secondary roof and an integrated air-conditioning system, ensuring optimal working conditions throughout the year.
The interior is fully adapted to its specific purpose, with installed work counters and internal sliding service windows that enable fast and secure communication with clients. High-quality PVC joinery is equipped with external blinds for complete control of privacy and shading.
