Modular Food Service Facility for SUBWAY
For our client in Austria, and for the needs of the well-known global fast food franchise SUBWAY, we completed a highly functional modular building designed according to demanding industry standards. The exterior identity of the building is defined by a façade made of metal cassettes, precisely painted in RAL tones in line with the strict visual standard of the retail chain, ensuring instant recognizability and a modern appearance.
The interior of the building represents the pinnacle of space organization and technological equipment. The project includes all key zones required for smooth operation: from the goods receiving area and integrated cold storage room to the professional kitchen, service area and sanitary facility. A special aesthetic emphasis in the interior was achieved through the installation of decorative stone cladding on the interior walls, which, together with discreet LED lighting, creates a pleasant and premium ambience for guests.
