Modular Retail Buildings – Urban Aesthetics and Functionality for PAN-PEK
For our business partner PAN-PEK, we completed a series of modular units for the sale of food products, combining industrial design with high functionality. The visual identity of the building is defined by a modern anthracite color of the structure, which, together with the red parapet and awning, creates a strong contrast and ensures brand recognition in an urban environment.
The building was designed as a complete retail solution, with an emphasis on visual appeal and safety. The exterior features an illuminated sign and external decorative lighting that highlights the building in the evening hours, while electrically operated roller shutters were installed for practicality. The interior is equipped with air conditioning and complete electrical and plumbing installations, providing the client with a fully equipped space ready for operation at full capacity.
