Modular Buildings for Souvenir Retail – Traditional Istrian Character in a Modern Form
For our client in Istria, we completed a series of modular buildings for souvenir retail, with a design fully focused on preserving the authentic spirit of the region. The primary goal was to achieve a traditional appearance, which we accomplished through the installation of a stone façade and massive wooden load-bearing beams, giving the buildings the characteristic robustness and warmth of Istrian architecture.
Special emphasis was placed on details such as the imitation of antique wooden doors, which gives the building a traditional appearance. Each unit is complemented by an elegant external pergola in front of the entrance, creating a pleasant shaded area for visitors and further emphasizing the aesthetic value of the entire complex.
