Modular Reception Building in Umag
For our client in the city of Umag, we completed a representative reception building designed to provide maximum visibility and aesthetic value at the very entrance to the complex. The building’s visual identity is defined by the warmth of Siberian larch elements, while large fixed glass walls and a spacious aluminum sliding entrance wall ensure openness and a perfect view of the surroundings.
A special feature of this solution is the secondary roof system, which extends along the entire length of the building, exceeds its dimensions and rests on columns, creating a functional and elegant canopy. External recessed LED lighting is integrated in the canopy area, ensuring excellent visibility and emphasizing the building’s modern architecture in the evening hours. On the rear side, a vertical protective screen, also clad in larch, was installed to serve as a barrier against wind and views. The interior is fully air-conditioned, while high IP-rated sockets are installed in the exterior area.
