For our client, we delivered a modular shopping centre building characterized by an impressive façade made of metal cassettes, giving the building a strong, modern and long-lasting visual identity. Special attention was paid to energy efficiency through enhanced thermal insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling, while the secondary roof was designed to blend perfectly with the existing building into a harmonious whole.
The building is equipped with premium aluminum joinery with triple glazing, ensuring maximum insulation, while automatic sliding entrance doors provide smooth visitor flow and full accessibility. The interior offers premium comfort and technical excellence: the space is dominated by a Knauf Cleaneo acoustic ceiling, ensuring optimal sound insulation and pleasant acoustics, complemented by carefully positioned designer lighting that emphasizes the aesthetics of the retail space. All electrical and plumbing installations are fully routed and integrated within the structure itself, achieving impeccable, clean minimalism ready to meet the high demands of modern business.
