Modular Office Building for Car Sales
For our client, we designed and delivered a modern modular office building intended for car sales, perfectly demonstrating the quality and flexibility of contemporary modular architecture. The building is distinguished by a solid façade made of metal cassettes in a recognizable, striking red colour, giving the space a strong visual identity, excellent durability and a dynamic appearance that attracts customers’ attention.
Maximum energy efficiency and acoustic comfort are ensured by enhanced thermal insulation that fully meets the high requirements of Swiss standards, while premium PVC joinery, combined with external blinds, enables ideal control of natural light.
The interior of the building radiates minimalism and the functionality of a sales space. The internal walls are finished with Knauf plasterboard panels, creating the feeling of solid, classic construction with perfectly smooth surfaces. All technical components – including complete electrical installations, the plumbing network and the CCTV system – are fully integrated and concealed within the structure itself. This creates an impeccable, clean interior without visible cables or pipes, perfectly completed by energy-efficient LED lighting and an advanced air-conditioning system that ensures an optimal microclimate throughout the year.
