We have successfully completed the production and installation of a modular office building for a business partner in Luxembourg. This project represents a combination of engineering, aesthetics and strict safety standards, once again confirming the high competitiveness of our solutions on the demanding Western European market.
The foundation of this office building is a massive load-bearing steel structure, ensuring maximum stability and durability. Access to the upper floor is provided by a functional external staircase with a spacious landing and safety railing, achieving maximum usability of the interior space.
What visually distinguishes this building from classic modular construction is its unique and dynamic exterior, achieved through a combination of as many as three different façade systems. A natural ventilated wooden façade gives the building warmth and a premium appearance, visually balanced by the clean lines of a classic rendered façade. A modern industrial accent is achieved with a ventilated façade made of metal cassettes, powder-coated in a RAL colour according to the client’s requirements.
In addition to aesthetic excellence, safety was an imperative in this project. The building was designed and executed in accordance with demanding construction regulations, as confirmed by its R 30 fire protection rating.
The office interior provides a pleasant, functional and minimalist working environment. All electrical and plumbing installations are concealed within the walls, eliminating visible elements and achieving a clean wall appearance. For optimal energy efficiency and insulation, high-quality PVC windows with roller shutters were installed, while robust aluminium entrance doors equipped with an anti-panic safety lock for emergency exit were fitted at the entrance.
The building is fully equipped with an air-conditioning system and electric convectors that ensure an ideal microclimate throughout the year, while integrated LED lighting provides pleasant illumination with minimal energy consumption. The building also includes fully equipped sanitary facilities with toilets, washbasins, shower cabins and urinals, providing the partner with a complete turnkey solution.
