Three-Storey Commercial Complex - The Pinnacle of Modular Architecture
In Germany, we completed a commercial building consisting of 54 modules, combining a modern open-space concept with outstanding technical performance. The architecture is defined by spacious offices and acoustically insulated glazed rooms, while the interior features a representative staircase made of steel, ceramic tiles and polished stainless steel.
The building is characterized by high energy efficiency, with Schüco aluminum joinery and a smart sun protection control system. A special innovation is the independent drainage system for each module, which, together with F30/F60 fire resistance and factory-equipped sanitary facilities, guarantees impeccable quality and durability in line with demanding German standards.
