For our client, we produced a modular house with an external terrace, characterized by a massive steel structure combined with façade elements made of Siberian larch, creating a striking visual contrast. The building provides maximum energy efficiency and durability thanks to its extremely strong thermal insulation and high-quality PVC joinery.
The interior offers premium comfort and modern design: the residential area features high-quality premium laminate flooring, while the sanitary area is finished with ceramic tiles and equipped with a modern low shower tray and built-in Geberit sanitary elements. All installations are concealed under plaster, and the final wall finish is made with Knauf plasterboard panels, achieving impeccable, clean minimalism without visible installations. The outdoor relaxation area is perfectly completed by a spacious terrace finished with durable WPC decking and protected by functional awnings for maximum comfort in all weather conditions.
