Modular Garden Office
For our business partner in Austria, we completed a modular garden office project distinguished by a modern architectural signature and a high level of functionality. The building’s visual dynamic was achieved through a skillful balance of materials and colors; the façade made of wooden elements, which fully covers the structure, creates natural warmth, while the grey roof parapet and white aluminum joinery create a sharp and elegant contrast, giving the building a contemporary appearance.
The building was designed with a focus on long-term flexibility and comfort. In addition to complete electrical installations and an air-conditioning system, the floor structure includes the first phase of preparation for a water connection, allowing the client to easily upgrade the system in the future. For reliable and powerful energy supply, an external three-phase socket was installed on the building.
