Modular Commercial and Residential Building - The Perfect Combination of Steel and Wood
For a client in Austria, we completed a sophisticated building that redefines the boundaries of modular construction. By combining hot-rolled steel profiles and wooden elements, we achieved excellent thermal insulation and a high level of fire protection. A special feature of the project is the floor, wall and ceiling system, which fully "breathes", ensuring a healthy microclimate inside the space.
The visual identity is defined by a modern ventilated façade with metal cassettes in a color chosen by the client, while the interior features an elegant modular staircase with stainless steel and glass railing, as well as a fully equipped sanitary facility. Thanks to precise engineering, we achieved the appearance of traditional solid construction without visible module joints, successfully combining fast assembly with impeccable aesthetics.
