For our client Valamar, we completed a luxury modular sanitary facility as part of the prestigious Pical Resort. The building was designed to provide maximum comfort and functionality, meeting the destination’s high aesthetic requirements while ensuring full inclusivity through areas adapted for male and female visitors, children, and persons with disabilities.
The exterior visual identity of the building is defined by a contemporary wood-effect HPL façade combined with a designer perforated metal façade, giving the building a refined and airy appearance. A special architectural element is the pergola made of glulam beams, which connects the modules into a unified and harmonious whole, creating a natural transition around the building.
The interior was built using the most durable materials intended for intensive public use, including luxury ceramic tiles and exceptionally durable HPL sanitary cubicles. With the installation of high-quality sanitary equipment, this facility represents a combination of technological precision and premium design, tailored to the highest standards of modern hospitality and nautical tourism.
