Storage Building for ACI Club – Traditional Mediterranean Appearance on Challenging Terrain
For our client ACI Club, we manufactured and installed a modular storage building at Žut Marina, carefully designed to blend unobtrusively into its surroundings. The primary goal was to achieve visual harmony with the local architecture, which we accomplished by installing a stone-effect façade and a pitched roof with a roof covering that imitates traditional tiles, giving the building a distinctive and authentic Mediterranean character.
Particular emphasis was placed on functionality and durability through the installation of high-quality aluminium windows and doors and an external rainwater drainage system, ensuring the building’s high resistance to weather conditions. The defining feature and greatest challenge of this project was the extremely difficult-to-access installation site. Nevertheless, thanks to the expertise of our team and the advantages of modular construction, the building was successfully and precisely installed in its designated location, once again demonstrating the adaptability of our solutions.
