For a client from Stuttgart, we have, according to special requirements, constructed a technical container to accommodate various refrigeration equipment (aggregates, blowers, ventilation...).

The dimensions of the container are 7300 x 2800 x 3500 mm, with mineral wool insulation, inner and outer lining with metal cassettes (inside RAL 7035, outside RAL 9005).

Due to the heavy weight of the equipment to be installed in the container, the floor is reinforced with additional panels and floor profiles up to 6000 t/m2.

The interior of the container (floor/ceiling/walls) is coated with metal cassettes and ribbed sheet metal, and the outer lining of the container (floor/roof/wall) is made of sheet and metal cassettes - painted in RAL according to client’s wishes.

Also, an electrical installation, such as a CEE external power outlet, a fuse and lighting distribution board, is installed. The openings and ventilation grids are made according to the client’s request.

The weight of the container itself is about 7 tons, and the total weight with equipment is 19 tons.

The finished and equipped container was lifted to the top of the building in Stuttgart with M30 eye bolts and mounted on a pre-prepared foundation.
